Changing marble holes for Wahoo

I have a template for a wahoo board but the holes carved too small. I can figure out how to change them one by one but HOW DO YOU CHANGE ALL THE HOLES at the same time? I’m stumpped!

Select them all then use the offsetter v2 tool. AND Uncheck “keep original”

Note: a 0.125 offset of a circle will make it 0.25" larger diameter.
