I currently have a Dewalt 611, but it has quit. I am looking to upgrade but curious to know if a Dewalt 618 will fit, any ideas or suggestions?
No it will not fit into the 611 mount. Plus that 618 router is bigger and weighs more. I’m sure you could get an aftermarket router mount but I would check the weight first.

I know this isn’t the answer to your question but, do you mean it just stopped working? If so, many have suggested changing out the brushes as this is a common problem. Unless you are wanting to go in another direction. Brushes ~$15.00 and there are tutorials on how to change.
