I’ve been using my Xcarve for about a year now with no real issue. but today, I fired everything up and my windows laptop is telling me “USB device not recognized” and “The last USB device you connected to the computer malfunctioned and windows did not recognize it.”
I’ve tried resetting everything, checked all connections, blown out any dust, made sure the estop was all the way up, download latest drivers, nothing works.
It did come up for a few minutes the first time I restarted easel and let me jog the machine, but stopped after about a minute and wouldn’t do it again.
Any ideas? I searched the forum and saw someone with a similar issue, but they did not get any replies.
