I found this site and even though its for laser cutting I thought that some of us would easily be able to adapt it to CNC. The plans are free. 
There are a few others on the site as well.

I found another cool idea for CNC. This was originally done on a table saw but the CNC can do the same

I have tried the kerfing and some thin plywood it was a total disaster lol
i dad that back when I first started and stuff literally when flying around the house
but I have done projects in blending plywood before pretty neat stuff
