Coroplast cutting

I haven’t seen anything on coroplast or corrugated plastic, so I played with some a little bit today.

I’d just like to say if you’re making outdoor holiday decorations, this cuts fine, and comes in a lot of different colors.

I ran this at 100ipm using a single flute titanium nitride coated upcut bit. You can run the depth at slightly greater than half of the coroplast thickness, so it cuts your piece in two passes without an issue.

A collateral effect is that it makes lots of little plastic chips, that look like snow…

Thanks for sharing.

This is awesome, I love Coroplast for lightweight rough prop building. How did I not think of using the XCarve to cut it? Thanks!
