Uploaded a fairly simple project to Easel, started carving. Everything went fine for a while. I was at the part of the job where the bit was cutting a deep circle, basically going 'round and 'round getting deeper with every pass. All of a sudden WHAMO, took a left and started going way off course, binding up before I could get there to turn it off (man, we need an E-Stop on these things!). What happened?
did you laptop/pc go into sleep mode… you can check that you have it set it not to go into sleep or hibernate mode in the system settings.
I don’t really know, that’s a good question. However, the job had been running for at least 30 minutes, probably longer. I think if it was hibernation it would have happened sooner than that. I’ll look into it. Thanks!
