I would love it if easel would allow you to perform a finishing pass, I have used the feature in Vcarve and it makes an incredible difference. It doesn’t seem like it would be crazy difficult to implement something that subtracts a fraction of an inch/mm from the outside or inside line and then having that subtraction taken in a single final pass. Of course I am not a programmer so what do I know.
Have you tried using Easels two stage feature?
