When i click an object the cut menu does not show up.

What is this doing in your Easel page?
The divx popup window is not on the Easel page, its just and windows message. I tried it in IE and chrome and on multiple computers (no divx message on the other computer). It seems like it might be a problem with this specific project. I was able to copy and paste parts of this project in a new one and was able to get the cut menu.
