What about integrating something like this? It’s super minimalist and plays into the frameless overlay and inset doors/drawers. This whole article is full of unique ideas.

Our team has discussed cut-out pulls as well and we think it is a great idea. Unfortunately, I don’t have more information on timelines, but we will keep you posted. In the meantime, these cut-out pull features could be added to the nested panels in Easel. Of course, they wouldn’t appear in the 3D render in Easel Cabinetmaker, but they would be present in the assembled cabinet(s).
