Hi there. So I have just got my X carve and without going into the details want to cut a slot in my wasteboard. I want it to be around 700mm by 60mm and cut full depth to leave hole in the middle of the waste board. Two questions:
- Will this compromise the rigidity of the wasteboard to a significant degree. I can’t see how it would be just checking (it’s a 1000mm x carve).
- Can I use the X-carve to cut it? Can it cut below the level of the wasteboard? Possibly a stupid question but thought I’d ask rather than trying and finding out the hard way.
