Cutting a Nativity

Hi Folks,
I am looking at making sets of these for the Sunday School Kids at my church.
I am going to make them out of `/4 inch plywood, and allow them to color them as they wish.
So, How to make this picture into a cutting pattern?

Those look laser cut. Maybe just buy the SVG.
