Cutting depth incorrect

I set the depth for my project to 0.125, but the machine cut everything at 0.180. is there a way to calibrate this machine?

There is, but that sounds more like a non-parallel too issue. When you set z zero and did this cut, hd you surfaced the board using the cnc itself?

Here’s how you’d calibrate, but I really think its a non-flat work surface issue…
