Been playing with cutting LP records. Clamp the center hole and lots of clamps around the perimeter, these things grab and flex.

What bit did you use to cut with?
I used a 1/8" up cut since this was a pretty open design. I tried a 1/32" pcb bit with the dewalt set at a 1. It just melted the vinyl and made for an ugly cut. With the 1/8" upcut bit I ran the dewalt at a 3. I still had fuzzies but they cleaned up with my pocket knife blade. Hope this helps. Try different bits, travel speeds, and spindle speeds I sure there is an even better combination out there. If I find it, I’ll post it here.
