Having trouble getting a clean cut on pvc board. I have tried slower speeds and up to 40. Getting same results. I got this bit for cutting pvc the very first cut was great. Now I’m not getting same. Can someone give me some tips to try. I have 200 of these 3" disks to make and don’t want to have to clean up all.
