Cutting small font on thin copper sheets?

Has anyone used the XCarve to cut out small font (2" x 3") successfully without your material getting damaged and your font coming out straight and accurate? If so, what bit and speed/feed settings did you use?

Kevin

I have done a couple of them for our local VFW i used the X-Carve Carbide - V-Bit - 60 Deg x 1/8 in SHK, feed rate 25 in/min , plunge rate, 3 in/min, depth per pass, 0.003 in this is what i started out with they turned out pretty decent
