Hi everyone. I designed my artwork in Aspire 12 . I am using 3 different bits. Can I save this file as 1 file and if I do will the machine know when to stop and tell me to change to the new correct bit?

Since it 3 different bits you will need to save all 3 as separate files and when each 1 is done it should go back to zero so you can change bits. Just remember to re-zero each bit.
