The Samurai Carpenter made an acrylic router base just over 3 years ago. Since then, lots of woodworkers have made their own improvements. Here’s my version for the 611 palm router. I used the leftover base that came with my CNC and when I need the router portion, just take(borrow) it from my Xcarve.

The circle holes are for cutting…circles, 1/8" and 1/4" holes for pegs.
