time savings at the expense of possible issues with repeat carve positioning
my larger cnc and smaller cnc are setup to not home due to the smaller (3018) never having switches and being my very first machine and becoming accustomed to that, then when building the 4ftx4ft machine homing would take time so i just disabled the feature on that machine… but after having mid-sized machines that did have homing enabled, I probably should turn it back on for the large one…
