Distinct Rough and Finish Previews in 3D

Now the very good and intuitive easel 3D interface allows us to visualize the final product preview which I find great and useful to appreciate the effects of the selected bit size for example.
In order to control the rough pass effects, particularly to avoid the problem mentioned in this post Roughing gcode Problem I would find convenient to be able to display the roughing preview as the finishing preview. This means that if preview is selected and I switch from finishing pass to roughing pass display it will change de preview layer accordingly. I would more over use two different colors for the rough and finish in order to distinguish those.
