Hey guys, I just watched a video from Katz-Moses and he uses a diamond drag bit to engrave glass on his cnc. I thought that was a really neat idea and could increase the options I have. What do y’all think of this bit? Have any of you used one? What were your results? Would you post pics?
Not cheap and you don’t say which bit you mean, but I found this one on Amazon. Someone with an X Carve gave it low stars and said it dulled very quickly on glass. Very unique in that the bit is spring loaded, which makes sense. Other reviews for soft materials like plexi, brass, etc. are very positive.
