Has anyone made a drill bit index with sizes identifying each bit?
If you mean for an actual drill set, that would be a bit challenging on a CNC unless one could mount a very small endmill (90% the diameter of the smallest drill which you wish to use) — even then, given limited flute length you wouldn’t be able to drill too deeply.
My inclination would be to use a V bit to spot the smaller holes (and to chamfer the larger ones) and engrave the text labels, then drill the actual holes on a drill press.
