I finally got time to switch over to my homemade dust separator and larger hose. I had to add a makeshift clip to the end because the front magnets were not hold it up when low on the work piece

I need to make one of those dust separators. I’m not sure how much of a difference it will make, but if you use 2x45° angles rather than the 90° you might get better air speed/suction. At least that is the theory…
