I’ve only run into a few issues while assembling my xcarve. The most frustrating now is the dust shoe - it’s dang near impossible to get the dust shoe on to the shoe arms. I think I figured out what the problem is and it’s the grooves that slide up on the z axis assembly. Take a look and let me know if you think the grooves are off on the right arm.
i have problem as well. when I tighten the screws up to hold the arms in place one shifts inward making it difficult to mount the dust pick up mount and brush I havent been able to narrow down the problem yet.

I contacted support and they are shipping me replacement arms.
