DWP611 Repair

My router has started to make abnormal sounds and feels like increased friction in the unit.

I replace the brushes all the time, and have a new set installed.

It’s three years old. Do you think it’s reached the end of its life? Are there other repairs I can do besides replacing brushes? Bearing replacement?

armature is where I would start. heck of a lot cheaper then a whole router

Not that much cheaper! Haha

Most likely one or both bearings
I’ve had it happen too.
Not a big deal.
