DXF import down?

Trying to import DXF and getting error code:

“This application is unavailable
For some reason this application is unavailable.
Please contact the owner of the page”

Is there anyone else running into this issue?
tried on multiple computers so im assuming there may be some sort of site maintenance

There is some sort of outage affecting several features of Easel. It has been reported a few times today.
