I recently received, assembled, configured, and tweaked my new X-Carve 1000mm and successfully carved out a 9 X 4 sign out of Maple wood. It worked great for this small project and I was pleased with the results.
I then saved an illustration that I had on AI to an svg and imported it to EASEL for cutting. This drawing has very detailed designs and would require the use of a very small bit. I then configured the drawing to use a 1/16" bit that was part of the starter kit to sort of etch this design out on a sheet of acrylic. When starting the cut it would literally cut about the first 60 seconds of the job and then it gets stuck.
I am using Windows 10 with a Chrome browser. I had read a few threads about this and looked into some of the potential solutions but have not succeeded in getting this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
