Hello, I’ve set up Easel Driver 0.3.15 on my win7, but when I connect X-Carve to the laptop using usb, it does not recognize the device and in the device manager it’s seen as unknown. I tried to re-install the driver, also checked the service: it is in 'running" state.
How to fix it?

This looks like FTDI driver missing. I recommend following the guide we have on FTDI driver installation at https://inventables.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012793633-FTDI-Driver-needs-to-be-installed-For-Windows-users-running-X-Controller-or-Carvey-
