Easel pro going off path and carving its own direction

I was carving a project and at 98% complete, the machine ( easel pro ) started cutting in a differant direction not in the path program, its not the first time…
ill try to show 2 pic…one of the problem and 1 of what it should have looked like

Only one pic showing but:

  • You may have had a stalled stepper / overheated driver causing lost position
  • On the axis that moved in the wrong direction may have a faulty stepper wire
