i did it both ways. still cutting in the air.
So you re-ran machine setup and set your actual probe pucks thickness and then reprobed and it’s still sir cutting?
Have you checked the accuracy of your Z axis steps/mm?

No more air cutting. everything is a GO
The switches where set wrong in the X-controller. And now they are set right. Z prob works,Easel works. Everything works now.
