Here are some coasters I made by image tracing some art deco drawings I found online:
I cut a few tests in Expanded PVC, and I am really happy with how they came out:
I want to make the final ones in corian, but I might make a full set in the PVC and use those too.

We recently added some new icons to Easel that will work great when carving with a v-bit. These include some patterns that tile in all directions.
I used one of the patterns and some layering techniques to make this Tiki Bar Caddy
The patterns are really nice for adding some depth and detail to a design. I hope you all will give them a try!

Pretzel Stand for a local bakery… This is #12 of 20 they ordered lol.
It was fun trying to map out how to locate the round shape on a grid pattern based machine. now that I have my template, I blast these out in a couple hours start to finish

Test carve to check spacing before real carve for a customer, I was obviously off to the right too much lol

It was made for a friend who plays Dungeons and Dragons, he wanted a Beer crate with a dragon on it and “More Grog” carved into it. He was paying me so…
