Easel spins the drill but never starts the cut

Hello,

I am pretty new to this, I purchased a Vevor 3018pro and I have managed to do several carvings, however some, start the drill, run a simulation of some kind then never starts to cut. It just leaves the drill spinning.

Is there a specific step I’m missing? Or is there a workaround. These are more complicated cuts, but not by much. Any troubleshooting ideas would be great.

press ctrl+shift+D in easel and check for alarms
if no alarm then please share the project via the process shown in the 2nd half of this
