I’d like to upgrade to a new x carve that includes easel software. I already recently paid for easel pro, so do I a refund or credit when I purchase the machine? I don’t need two licenses.
I suggest calling the support line for a definite answer here. IF they do make any accommodations at all they MIGHT tack the subscription that comes included with a new machine onto the end of your current paid one. But I highly doubt they’ll refund the paid one. best to talk to someone at inventables and get anything confirmed there.
