I have easel pro, would like to know why i do not have a file tab or a carve tab and also on machine do not have a advanced tab. Really getting frustrated, have not use this the 1st time. Call after call, c still waiting!!!
Are you connected to a machine?
Yes
the display you show in that photo looks perfectly normal.
There is no “File” tab. Maybe you are searching for the “Project” menu at the upper left in your photo.
There is no “Carve tab” ONLY a “Carve button” which will appear at the upper Right where it currently shows “Export” once a CNC is connected to Easel.
Have you performed the “New Machine Setup” Process?
Which Model CNC are you using?
