Ok, I bought a cheap laser (https://www.banggood.com/445nm-2_5W-2500mW-Blue-Laser-Module-With-Heatsink-For-DIY-Laser-Cutter-Engraver-p-993521.html?cur_warehouse=CN), but I have zero clue on how to hook this up to my X Carve. I just want to know what I need to hook it up and how if possible. Can anyone help with this? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

This module is not really a very good choice for laser engraving. It is intended for ON/OFF operation, not variable power operation.
It is also limited to 30 minutes working time with a significant cool off period before using it again.
Also, although it is not specified, laser modules in this class tend to have a pretty large beam spot when focused.
this is a motion control board. It is intended for controlling an X Y motion machine.
