I’m working on a new design for a bedside drop dish, and I just realized I would have an issue.
I want to engrave the bottom of the dish once the majority of the material has been removed with the roughing bit. When I start with the 1/32 finishing bit, the bit will lower and end up smashing into the side of the workpiece, breaking the bit since the zero is going to be the inside hight of the dish.
I was looking in the advanced setting and see a safety hight setting. Is that what I need to change for special circumstances like this?
