I think it was Z in orientation on size was set to 0.6 in instead of 0.5 in

I tested out each of the workpieces in the linked project. They all generated toolpaths without any problems. We released some bug fixes yesterday that likely resolved the error you were seeing. Please reload your page and give it another try. Let us know if it’s still not working.
