I’ve attempted to download the firmware, but it fails immediately. I’m using an Apple computer and using Google Chrome as my browser since I was never able to get Easel to work with Safari.
I’ve tried updating the firmware from the machine, advanced settings tab and also from the carve screen where it notified you that a firmware update is available. Anyone have any idea what could be going on?
