I didn’t end up documenting the process, but figured I would throw the result out there. Working on these with limited resources (minus the xcarve) had been a good learning experience. Lots to get better at.

The neck is off an old Yamaha guitar. Not quite at the neck building stage yet. Not sure about the radius, i never bothered measuring it. And honestly the hardware is just cheap stuff from online. A lot of what I’m doing right now is practice and testing so I’m slowly wading into the waters.
Absolutely! When I worked at Warmoth we built all the necks for the Pacifica’s. great necks on those guitars!
