Flat Stanley

Hello
Folks
I am working on a project for a Grandchild.
I need to carve this Flat Stanley just barely marking the features, then cutting out totally.
I am drawing a blank on how to set this up.
Please advise,
Thank you.
Martin

I am using 1/4 inch birch plywood

Merry Christmas, Martin!

Added a workpiece with both the engrave and the profile cut in case you need to scale it.
Just:

  1. Scale everything together to the size you want.
  2. Duplicate the workpiece
  3. Remove the profile on the first
  4. Remove the engrave on the second and set to cut outside path
  5. Set appropriate bits
  6. Carve!

On that third workpiece, make sure to set the outline to cut on the outside of the path. It is currently set to cut on the path …
