Relatively new to CNC. I have a Fox Alien Masuter Pro I’ve been using with Easel Pro and has been working fine. As of last night when I go to carve a project, after going through setup process, when I hit the carve button nothing and the machine locks. sometime the carve will start and the machine will stop and lock out. I reloaded drivers and deleted and reloaded machine in Easel. don’t know what else to do. any suggestions?
Perhaps download Universal Gcode Sender and save your Easel Gcode as a text file where you can open it up in UGS. I have been using this for years with my machines including a new 3018 I bought for the fun of it a couple of weeks ago. If your settings are set for home switches, it’ll need to be unlocked by pressing the “unlock” button.

Do you possibly have an end switch that is faulty or otherwise being triggered?

Thanks Brandon, that was it. The upper z axis limit switch. Back in business.
