We are using the machine for only the second time. The first time worked fairly well but I needed to make some adjustments. This time while going through the “Carve” set up, we are receiving an error “Tab Crashed” while easel is “Generating Path”. I do not remember seeing this happen during our first trial run. It takes us to the “Aw Snap!” screen. We have restarted the computer multiple times, tried a different computer and turned the x-carve off and back on. Looking for any assistance. Thanks in advance!
Might be the your WiFi connection speed. You may want to cable connect and try again if possible. At least you eliminate the possibility of slow connection.
is it a very complex file?
