I have 3 pronged outlets that the plugs go in. Do I still need to twist this wire around my vaccum hose? If so where do I connect the end of the wire?

curious as well…
I still haven’t put the grounding cable on. I don’t have outlets that look like that.
I did the same thing but then moved my x-carve work bench and now I am not near an outlet. Trying to figure out another solution? An electricians out here?
