je ne trouve pas le paramètre pour éviter que la fraise ne remonte de 4 cm à chaque étape alors que 1 suffirait !

Perhaps you are referring to the safety height. This determines how high up the router is raised to clear clamps and the workpiece when the router is moving to a new place to cut. This is set in the “Machine” tab by clicking on “Advanced”.
Other than that, it might be a controller setting where you need to calibrate the stepper motor steps. Z is set by the $102 variable.
I concur, sounds like a mismatch between step/mm AND/OR microstep setting.
