The school that i am working at has a carvey and we just started using it and it cut a little and then stopped and the spindle wont stop running even after we turn it off and turn it back on. we open the door and the spindle keeps running. if anyone has problems like this before can you please help us
This seems like an old post, but I have had the same problems before… When the spindle is just spinning in the same position and neither opening the door or pressing the pause button has any effect - only pressing stop in Easel stops the spindle… I actually still have that problem quite often and don’t know what causes it. Although I have found that restarting my browser helps. But as I said I don’t know what causes the problem.
