You are probably right. I just had the 2 icons for raster and offset on my mind. Looking at them now and see the offset starts in the center and my my whole theory is gone… being quiet now
Are the ridges (steps) oriented in the same direction (Y+ or Y- side of track)
What are your cutting feed rates and acceleration values (GRBL value $120/$121)

So I figured out what was going on. The eccentrics on the z were not tight enough. The dust shoe and hose was causing drag at both ends. Once I fixed those issues I had the classic non parallel problem. A piece of paper shimming at the top of the z rail fixed that.
They were not. See the drawing above on the left.
Tomorrow I will reskim the wasteboard.
I am having this same issue on the ends of flat cuts. Was this the fix?
