Does anyone cut pvc letters for signs and if so what bit is best and where do I buy the pvc sheets??
Check out
Steve does a lot of signs on PVC. Its hard to find in the South but can be found at Home Depot up North.
You might wanna check up on local sign shops, they might sell direct or allow you to check their scrap bin.
My Lowes also carries 4’x8’x3/8" sheets now. I haven’t purchased any yet. It is on the bottom shelf laying flat under a display of PVC molding.
Thanks Russel!
You’re welcome Steve, 4’ x 8’ x 3/8" laying flat . We aren’t that lucky down here.
How much is the 4’ X 8’ X 3/8" ?
$76 which is more expensive than the 1/2" sheet from home depot it is $60 i believe.
Here in SoCal I get sheets from Gavrieli Plastics, Metals & Sign Supplies in North Hollywood, 1/4" 4’x 8’ is $43.00 and 3/8" 4’ x 8’ is $91.00.
