I had the Z Axis plunge into work twice this weekend. I check the design and found no problems. I have been using the design for weeks and had on problems until now. The second time this happen it was in a difference location. I don’t know what to do.
Have you checked your $102 setting to see if it has changed?
Checked setting it is at $102=160.00. Is this correct?
Are you using a stock z axes?

To me, it looks like you have an accidental drill hole on there.
Does the “plunge” happen during simulation?
Can you possibly share your project so we can take a look?
No, It happen when it was doing the detail carve.
