How do I control the VFD spindle speed?

Did you configure the VFD as recommended in that CNC Zone post?

It seems configuration and not wiring as you’re wired correctly, as Larry explained.

any solution yet? I have the same vfd and im getting no where in the last few months!!!

@Phantomm

Read through this thread. There is some junk in the middle, so read all the way through before trying anything.

It might help you.

I didn’t get it figured out, but I also ended up getting a job in a new city, so it’s been packed away. I’m dying to get back into it. If you find a solution for this, please post it back because I’ll need it. :slight_smile:

I have read through it twice. Once in the past and then again before I posted my question. Either I missed it or it went over my head in techie terms.
Edit: didn’t notice your link. Thanks.

To use the 0-10v for speed control you need to move the jumper to the right of the terminal block. This jumper switches between the rotary pot on the front and the terminal block. You have it wired correctly though!
