How to fix the cantilevered idler pulleys

Anyone else have issues with their idler pulleys not staying parallel with the drive pulley?

I’ve had my X-carve (1000mm) a year and a half and seen this issue get worse over time. I upgraded to 9mm belting and these idlers 5 months ago.

When I really crank down on the screw that supports the pulley, it straightens slightly but seizes up the bearing.

Is there a simple fix here that I haven’t thought of? Or maybe a new idler design? Seems like there’s got to be a better way out there

It appears the pulley on the motor is not lined up with the idlers. Lowers the pulley further onto the shaft to line it up and makes sure to use blue loctite for the set screw.
