I’m getting an error saying that the tabs are too large

Are they?

You’ll need to share the project if you want anyone to take a look at it.

It was my understanding that the link in Easel that the error made (as shown in my original post) allowed people to see the project. If they are too big I don’t find any way to change their size. Easel - Deviled Egg Tray - Long

While the popup Easel shows does tell you to do exactly what you originally did. That link only allows the Easel Dev team to see the project, and from what I’ve gathered… I don’t think they are tracking issues reported through their recommended method very closely…

However back to the issue at hand. Re-Orient the tabs within the hole by stacking them all together into one place and the toolpath will generate without the displayed error. The issue is caused by that area being too small to facilitate all 3 tabs spaced out as they are. Once layered atop each other to form only one tab, the toolpath generates fine… you might even be able to space them 180* apart and fit 2 tabs in there, but I didn’t try that method…
